Terms and conditions

The Online Store is available for Mainland Portugal. All other markets wishing to make a purchase should contact us directly so that we can locate the nearest Official Distributor.


To purchase products in the online store, you must consult the page of the desired article to make your selection and add it to the shopping cart. All variants must be correctly selected (color and size).

In order to make the purchase, the user’s personal data will be requested, which will be incorporated into our database to be able to process the order. The personal data provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


We ship all over the world.

From the moment payment is made, the goods are delivered within the period indicated in the Table below for each of the countries. In case of out of stock, a new delivery date is proposed to the Customer, with the return being made if the Customer does not agree with it.

For countries not shown in the table above, an inquiry must be made via the email info@martiform.com.

Deliveries and collections worldwide are operated by the DPD entity.

As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, the Customer is notified via email / SMS. If you do not receive this information within the time period mentioned in the table above, please contact our Customer Support team (info@martiform.com or +351 253 192 100).


We have the following payment methods for purchases made directly on the Website:


In case of exchange/return, Martiform provides a period of 14 working days after receipt of the goods at the address indicated by the Customer. Returns must be communicated by email to info@martiform.com.
The returned goods must be sent to the Martiform warehouse with the following address:

For an exchange/return to be carried out successfully, it is mandatory that the item is delivered in perfect condition, in the same way as it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, labels and packaging.
There are no exchanges/returns for altered, washed, used, or otherwise damaged items due to misuse.

We refund the returned merchandise using the same method as the payment, within a maximum period of 8 working days after receiving the returned merchandise.

The costs inherent to exchanges / returns are not borne by the brand.
