You have a period of 30 days after the date of the invoice to request a return.
1. Get in touch
To initiate the return request, we ask that you contact us by email, through [email protected], with the following information: invoice number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return.
In case of return, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. In case of exchange of size or item of equal or greater value, the exchange process is free.
2. Product Shipping / Collection Request
You can send the product to be returned or request its collection via email. If you wish to request collection of the order, you will be asked to pay the collection cost, which corresponds to the transport costs presented in SHIPMENTS.
For both situations, seal the box and, if you requested collection, place the shipping label received over the old label. Collection may be carried out at an address indicated by the customer or at a collection point selected by you in accordance with the carrier in your country.

3. Product Status
You must return the product in the same condition as it was delivered. The product must be sent in its original packaging or bag with the corresponding copy of the invoice inside. No exchanges/returns will be made for items that have been altered, washed, used, or damaged in any way due to misuse.
4. Checking the order status
After receiving the product at our facilities, we will check it. If it is within normal conditions, we will issue a refund.
5. Refund Procedure
After processing the return, we will initiate your refund using the same method as the purchase was made. This process can take up to 8 days.
