The Online Store is available for Portugal. All other markets wishing to make a purchase must contact us directly so we can locate the nearest Authorized Dealer.
To purchase products in the online store, you must consult the page of the desired item to make your selection and add it to the shopping cart. All variants must be correctly selected (color and size).
To make the purchase, the user's personal data will be requested, which will be incorporated into our database to be able to process the order. Personal data transferred will be treated in accordance with our Privacy policy.

From the moment payment is made, the merchandise is delivered within the period indicated in the Table below for each country. In the event of stock outages, a new delivery date will be proposed to the Customer, and a return will be made if the Customer does not agree with it.

Orders over €150 (excluding VAT) are exempt from postage in mainland Portugal.
Deliveries and collections around the world are operated by the entity Correos Express.
As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, the Customer is notified via email / SMS. If you do not receive this information within the time frame mentioned in the table above, please contact our Customer Support team ([email protected] or +351 253 192 100).

In case of exchange/return, Martiform provides a period of 30 working days after receipt of the goods at the address indicated by the Customer. Returns must be communicated by email to [email protected].

For an exchange/return to be carried out successfully, the item must be delivered in perfect condition, in the same way it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, labels and packaging.
No exchanges/returns will be made for items that have been altered, washed, used, or damaged in any way due to misuse.
We refund the returned merchandise using the same method as the payment, within a maximum period of 8 working days after receiving the returned merchandise.
The costs inherent to exchanges/returns are not borne by the brand.
