1nd Preparation
After paying for your order, the order will be prepared in our warehouses within 24 hours.
2nd Submission
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive an email notification.
3rd Delivery
You will be contacted by the carrier with shipping details and a possible delivery date. If you have any questions, you can contact our Customer Service team via email [email protected].
Additional information
*Customer is responsible for any customs costs and local taxes. For shipments outside Europe, Profartic, Lda is not responsible for delays due to local holidays, handling at customs in the destination country, strikes or other special events in the destination country and shipping back (these costs are not refunded). Minimum order €150.
